Despite the festive week, the service points will be open as usual. During the week, the service points will give out licorice and reflectors.

Student Service Desk

If you have any questions, for example about semester registration, need advice on registering for open university studies or need Sisu support, you can contact the service point either via the or by calling (tel. 029 441 8080, Mon-Fri 12-15). The Student Service desk will provide you with guidance and advice on all aspects of your studies.

The Study Service Desk is also physically available on Tuesdays from 10-12 and Thursdays from 12-14 in the Lähde Library, room 154. You can come to the service point to ask questions about your studies or to pick up your study certificate. Technical Sisu support is available on Mondays in the Zoom from 10-11am and on Wednesdays in the Lähde building (room 154).

Digital service point - HelpJYU Service Desk

The Digital Services customer service is open every weekday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lähde library (in room B315).You can contact the service point for help and advice on IT-related problems at the university. Digital Services can help with issues such as user IDs and software. You can also contact them by phone (tel. 029 441 8030, weekdays 7:45-16). International Services
