Day 1: Reviewing Progress and Collaboration

The meeting commenced with a welcome session, followed by a deep dive into the final project report preparation.

  • WP1 (Project Management): GratoSfera’s led discussions on missing documents, financial summaries, and expenses, ensuring all reporting components were on track.
  • WP2 (Handbook & Toolkit Development): The Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ (JYU) and GratoSfera provided summaries of activities under WP2, identifying final reporting needs. We clarified the final steps for a teacher handbook design. The handbook is now in press and will be published soon both online and paperback.
  • WP3 (Training Materials): Rogers presented an overview of the training materials, discussing approaches to documenting the project’s outcomes.

Following these discussions, participants enjoyed a social lunch at Kirkkopuisto Bistro, fostering informal networking and collaboration.

The afternoon featured an Impact Workshop, led by JYU, where partners assessed the project's broader influence on education, sustainability, and STEAM learning methodologies, as well as steps to ensure lasting impact in the future.

To conclude the first day, attendees were invited to unwind at an optional sauna experience at Sataman Viilu, embracing Finnish cultural traditions.

Day 2: Impact, Dissemination, and Closing

The second day focused on impact assessment and final dissemination strategies:

  • WP4 (Impact & Dissemination): JYU guided partners through a comprehensive summary of impact activities and dissemination strategies.
  • Final Reflections: GratoSfera facilitated the closing session, ensuring all outstanding tasks were addressed before the project's conclusion.

With the final report in progress, SCRAPPIES partners are set to document and share project results, ensuring a lasting impact on STEAM education and creative learning methodologies. The meeting highlighted the strong collaboration among partners, reaffirming the project's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and hands-on educational practices.

A big thank you to all participants for their contributions, and special appreciation to JYU for hosting the event in Jyväskylä!
