Save the date: Football is Medicine conference in Jyväskylä 14.-16.1.2025

The 7th edition of the Football is Medicine conference will take place in Finland in 2025, organised collaboratively by the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences of the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥, the Football Association of Finland, and Laurea University of Applied Sciences.

This multidisciplinary international conference will bring together researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the growing body of research on the effects of football and other team sports on health and well-being.

In addition, workshops will explore how to provide inclusive, safe and engaging ways to promote activity and health for people of all ages and abilities.

Conference is part of the Football is Medicine platform, established in 2018 by Professor Peter Krustrup and a group of colleagues. FIM is a global scientific forum organising various activities, including an annual conference, workshops, coaching courses and events.
