Don't worry, performance anxiety is normal. Most people are more or less nervous about performing in front of a crowd. It's nothing to be ashamed of and you can practice relieving it.

Good preparing and practicing in advance can help to ease the tension. You can relieve stress through exercise, listening to music, breathing exercises, relaxation and imagery exercises. You can try what works for you e.g. in .
