With the MyJYU AI Transcription service, you can easily record research data using the MyJYU mobile application. The recordings are securely sent to the Researchvideo, where they are transcribed and, if necessary, translated into English using artificial intelligence. You can listen to the recording, edit the transcription, or download it to your workstation, provided that the research data privacy allows it.

MyJYU AI Transcription is intended to assist in conducting research. Therefore, it can be utilized for research-related work and studies.

Ensure your phone's operating system version and activate biometric authentication in MyJYU

MyJYU AI Transcription and Researchvideo are also suitable for making and transcribing sensitive recordings containing personal data, with the following limitations:

• is activated in the MyJYU application.
• The phone uses a sufficiently recent operating system: Android 10 or later and iOS 17 or later. When using the recorder and transcription function, the user will receive a notification if the phone does not have a sufficiently recent system update.
• Data under the Secondary Use of Health and Social Data must not be processed within the system formed by the MyJYU AI Transcription and Researchvideo services.
