These questions have precise answers and in cases like these, Minerva can reply to you faster than it would take to receive the answer via phone or email. In addition, the conversations are anonymous – it does not show who has started the conversation, and even if you wrote down your name or email address into the chat, it will be censored. All Minerva chatbot answers are written and checked by humans, and the conversations are regularly reviewed by humans. New keywords are taught to the bot as often as possible. If there is a common word the bot does not understand and it ought to understand it, it will be taught to the bot.
