High resolution and high sensitivity magnetic imaging technique based on Nitrogen-vacancy Microscope
The CIQTEK's Scanning Nitrogen-vacancy Microscope (SNVM) is an advanced analytical tool. It combines optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) of diamond nitrogen-vacancy centers with scanning probe technique. It has 10 nm high resolution, 1 µT/√Hz high sensitivity, is quantitative, non - destructive, and works in 1.6 K-300 K temperature range. It can be applied to the research of physics in spintronics, magnetism, 2D magnetic material, superconductors, and so on. CIQTEK's Widefield NV Microscope (QDM) has a 1 mm large field of view, 500 nm high resolution, is quantitative, and is applied in geological magnetism, biological tissue/cell magnetic imaging, and 2D materials magnetic imaging.
