ENIRDELM stands for European Network for Improving Research and Development in Educational Leadership and Management. ENIRDELM-network was founded in 1991 to support collaboration between the opening Eastern Europe and Western Europe. Today, its mission is to support developing educational leadership in the whole of Europe with a global touch by advancing the amicable critical professional expertise of all acting in the field of education. ENIRDELM-network includes a rich diversity of actors in the field of education. The network is based on voluntariness, and it has several traditions supporting community spirit. These you will become familiar with particularly in the conference.
This year’s overarching topic, Transforming educational organisations into learning communities, was chosen in the framework of the Educational Leadership Network Europe (ELNE), which works to establish a sustainable education policy network for Europe. We are inviting all actors working with the practice, education, research, and policy of educational leadership to reflect on and discuss together how the rapidly and constantly changing world is transforming and challenging the mission of education, educational organisations, and the members of educational communities.
