Congress themes:
The theme of the conference is 'Learning On-the-Go: Understanding the Dynamics of Continuous Professional Development in a Tech-Driven World'. As the world becomes increasingly digitalized, the professional world is constantly changing. Therefore, professional learning and development and understanding their dynamics is more important than ever. SIG14 will focus on the following research topics and themes:
- Work and education as contexts for professional learning and development;
- theories and methodologies for the study of professional learning and development;
- constraints and affordances of professional learning and work identities;
- vocational education and training in schooling and working life contexts;
- adult learning processes within the context of work.

Note! We apologize that the system did not allow peer review feedback to be directly sent to the abstract submitters. If you still wish to receive feedback, please forward your request via email to info-sig14@jyu.fi. Additionally, if you require a participation certificate, please email us. Please note that the program was manually created due to system constraints, which presented challenges in making it comprehensive, convenient in all respects, and easily printable, especially as so many great submissions came through the peer review process with positive results. We tried to include all the necessary information on our conference website, but the communication could have been more effective in some aspects. If you still have any questions regarding the conference, please do not hesitate to contact us at info-sig14@jyu.fi. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Despite these challenges, we hope you had an enjoyable experience, established new connections, and gained valuable insights and inspiration for your research.
