This time, the WTU is organised in Rentukka club room and meeting room Bertta in Kortepohja student village. This event is also a bit longer compared to the event organized in university library because of the library opening hours.
Schedule for the weekend:
Friday 25.4.
15:00 - start with coffee
Prepare to shortly share with the others:
- What is the topic of your thesis and at what stage you are in?
- What is your goal for the weekend? Think of something concrete that you can achieve (e.g. number of written pages or studied sources).
- Are there any issues in which you would need help and support?
- What kind of help and support can you offer for the others?
16:00 - work begins
19:00 - 1st checkpoint
Room reservation ends at 20:00.
Saturday 26.4.
8:15 - you can enter the hobby space Rentukka
starting at 8:45 - breakfast is served
9:15 - work begins
13:00 - peer support time
Lunch when you feel hungry (bring your own lunch or eat at uni restaurants)
16:00 - 2nd checkpoint
Room reservation ends at 17:00.
Sunday 27.4. (meeting room Bertta)
8:15 - you can enter Bertta
starting at 8:45 - with breakfast
9:15 - work begins
13:00 - peer support time
Lunch when you feel hungry
15:00 - final checkpoint, event ends
Room reservation ends at 16:00.
The Weekend Thesis Undertaking (and breakfast) is free. There is room for the first twenty (20) people who sign up.
