A service permit can be applied for by email from the commissioner of the job, and the message can be freely formatted, like for instance: “I apply for a service permit related to performing work X”. If the service parking permit is applied for several vehicles, separate their registration numbers with a comma, e.g. ”XYX-123, VPK-426, YTH-111”.

A service permit application should include the following information:

Commissioner of the job:
Email address of the contractor’s contact person:
Performer of the job, and email address:
A brief description of the job (project affiliation):
The vehicle’s registration number(s) (if several, separate with commas) and validity period of the service permit:

Parking control is carried out by Pysäköintiturva.

A parking ticket is 60 euros. If you feel that you got an unjustified or erroneous parking ticket, you can make a complaint withing 14 days from the date of the parking ticket.

A complaint can also be made by email. Write a brief, freely formatted complaint and send it to asiakaspalvelu@pysakointiturva.fi 

Remember to include in your email message your contact information, the case number of the parking ticket (starts with number 9), and the vehicle’s registration number. 

You can also make your complaint by mail. 

Write a freely formatted letter of complaint and mail it to Pysäköintiturva, P.O. Box 14, 20501 Turku.

ALWAYS REMEMBER to include your contact information, the case number of the parking ticket, and the vehicle’s registration number.

We cannot process complaints with incomplete information. An average processing time for a complaint is six workdays.

The parking price for visitors is 1.50 €/h and 10 € for a day (24h).
