Here you can find frequently asked questions and their answers about the online interviews during the admission process for some of our
English-taught master's degree programmes.

Before the interview

The online interviews for our international master’s degree programmes will take place between 12-19 March 2025.

What if I need to reschedule my interview slot?

If the reservation calendar is open: 
If you did your booking with an Outlook email, you can cancel and reschedule your current interview time slot through the confirmation email that you have received from Microsoft Bookings. If you did not use Outlook, and/or did not receive a rescheduling link in your confirmation email, please contact the Admission Services without delay at admissions@jyu.fi so we can cancel your current interview time slot. Reply to the original interview invitation or make sure to include the word "interview" to your email's subject line/heading.

If the reservation calendar has closed:
Contact the Admission Services at admissions@jyu.fi without delay. Reply to the original interview invitation or make sure to include the word "interview" to your email's subject line/heading.
Please note that the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ is not obliged to reschedule applicants' interview slots if the reason for rescheduling is caused by the applicant.
