Project description

The STRONG research project focuses on strengthening the well-being of early childhood education professionals at work. The well-being of early childhood educators is an essential part of the quality of early childhood education, as the well-being of staff is linked to their ability to provide high-quality early childhood education. In order for staff to meet these requirements, it is essential to invest in their well-being.

The aim of the STRONG research project is to use a nationwide survey to examine the links between early childhood education professionals' working conditions, job requirements and resources, and well-being at work. The information obtained from the study can be used to develop early childhood education practices in a way that better supports the work and well-being of early childhood education professionals. Developing early childhood education practices is important in order to strengthen the appeal and retention of the early childhood education field.
