National cybersecurity education cooperation network

The National Cybersecurity Education Cooperation Network -project develops cybersecurity education in Finland. The project aims to address the cybersecurity talent shortage in Finland by improving cooperation between universities, opening up study opportunities across universities, and providing education to companies. The Ministry of Education and Culture funds the project.

Project description

The national cybersecurity education cooperation network is a three-year project funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture and coordinated by the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥.

The project aims to strengthen cooperation between universities in cybersecurity education and interaction with industry and the public sector. The cooperation and interaction between the different actors will enable the development of cybersecurity education for both degree students and cybersecurity professionals in working life.

The project will establish a network to develop, coordinate, and provide university education in cybersecurity. The network will strengthen and expand cybersecurity education in Finland. The primary objective is to ensure broad and continuous education in cybersecurity. The project will produce and distribute university-level cybersecurity education through the network. Education will be provided through the FITech Network University.
