Professor of Management Tuomo Antero Takala currently works at the Management and Leadership Department, Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥. Professor Takala does research by using qualitative research methods. One of his current project is ' Charisma in various contexts.' He studies also business ethics and CSR -themes.He will be emeritus professor at 1.6. 2023.
As a professor emeritus I study management and leadership themes. Without good leadership, there is no good society. Bad leadership is the other side of the coin, it also needs to be examined in order to reach a community that is free of manipulation. Good leadership is the key to sustainable organization and the well-being of nations. I am now studying e.g several philosophical issues, crises in organizations, charisma, ethics, and different forms of responsibility.
I am the head of the "Leadership in Organizations and Societies" (RELM) research group and the editor-in-chief of the Electronic Journal of Business Ethics and Organization Studies. Through these activities, we aim to promote the implementation of high-quality scientific research in several contexts
