Biography
I'm a post doctoral researcher at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥, focusing on teacher education and the development of schools as learning communities. I am currently working in the EDUCA Flagship. My research interests include enhancing learning community practices, interdisciplinary learning, exploring new educational technologies, and the future of learning.
The development of schools as learning communities supports the development of individuals, teams and schools as a whole. Identifying the learning and development needs of schools as part of research-based development is increasingly important. As schools have different starting points for development, collaboration between researchers and schools is essential for learning and development linked to practice, but also for research.
I am always open for discussion and co-development. Let's be in touch!
