Biography
I am a doctoral researcher in the Department of Social Sciences and Philosophy and the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of Social Services (DocSoc360) (January 1, 2025–December 31, 2027, Ministry of Education and Culture). My research focuses on the digitalization of case management in the social and healthcare services for older adults. I am interested in exploring how digitalization impacts case managers' work methods and how it affects older adults' experiences with the accessibility of case management services.
My dissertation is based on interview data collected as part of the research project, Case Management with Older Adults in Wellbeing Counties – Developing customer-safe and effective case management in changing places and spaces. My Ph.D. supervisors are Professors Sakari Taipale and Heli Valokivi.
