I lead the FORTHEM Universities Lifelong Learning (FULL) network and also serve as the Skills and Competences Mission Board Manager within the FORTHEM European Universities Alliance. In these roles, I guide extensive, long-term initiatives to successful completion, ensuring impactful outcomes. 

I am an experienced leader with a strong background in educational development and teaching. With nearly 20 years of expertise in higher and adult education, my work focuses on continuing professional education and lifelong learning and managing large-scale, long-term initiatives.  I’ve held key roles as a project manager, researcher, and expert within various international development projects and working groups, and drive innovation in international contexts.
