Biography
As a post-doctoral researcher, I’m investigating the developmental changes in auditory responses, with a focus on the M250 response. We investigate the changes in neuronal-circuitry using HNN (Human Neocortical Neurosolver, hnn.brown.edu) tool and in the cortical responses using MEG data collected from adults and children.
Research interests
I’m a psychologist and recent PhD graduate of the Ģֱ in Finland. My PhD studies were part of a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Innovative Training Network (ITN) called PredictAble: Understanding and Predicting Developmental Language Abilities and Disorders in Multilingual Europe. My PhD thesis was titled “Investigation of brain processes of speech perception and production in adults and children using MEG”. The focus of my PhD was investigating the developmental changes of the brain’s ability to track the speech envelope during speech perception and overt speech production.
