Biography

I am broadly interested in computational statistics and applied probability. My research works are mostly about algorithms which involve randomness. We analyse their behaviour theoretically and develop new algorithms which are better than the existing ones.

Research interests

Monte Carlo methods, Bayesian inference, stochastic approximation and stochastic optimisation
