I work as a coodinator in JYU´s Student and Academic Services, the team of the international student admissions. My main tasks consist of planning and developing the admission and guidance practices  to support the access of international and migrant background applicants to higher education. This work including counselling and guidance services is implemented through SIMHE, Supporting Immigrants in Higher Education in Finland. In addition, I work as a counselling expert in the JYU.Integra training targeted for migrants who aim at continuing their academic study and career paths in Finland. The third main focus in my work is in English-taught master's degree programmes coordinating, especially in order to support the admission team in different tasks and providing guidance to applicants.
