Research interests
My research focuses on workplace well-being in organizations, particularly from the perspectives of values and ethics. I see it as important to study the structures related to work, organizations, and society, as they have a significant impact on individual well-being. The accelerating pace of working life and society, the culture and values of society and organizations, and the concrete structures guiding work can pose significant risks to well-being, but also hold the potential to support meaningful and sustainable careers.
