Senior lecturer Juha Kansikas will act as a founding director of the JSBE international bachelor (B.Sc.) programme, starting in January 2024. He co-leads (with the Aalto-University team) Academy of Finland research project on executive education and business elite formation (2020-2024). In 2021 he worked as a researcher for the Council of Education at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ by developing entrepreneurship education. He has post-doc qualification both in business and in education sciences (docent).
Dr. Kansikas has been lately invited speaker at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland, and a visiting researcher at the Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), and Telfer School of Management (University of Ottawa, Canada). He has been at the 2000s multiple times director of M.Sc. programmes taught in Finnish and in English at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥, including IBE International Business and Entrepreneurship M.Sc. programme.
Dr. Kansikas has published his research at the journals such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Business History, Enterprise and Society, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, Journal of Social Entrepreneurship, Science and Public Policy, and Journal of Entrepreneurship. He received in 2024 the Outstanding Reviewer Award by Emerald Literati Awards.
