Jonna Järveläinen is a information systems researcher and has studied electronic commerce and government and business continuity and information security management of IT services. Her current interests are in cybersecurity and business continuity management practices, the human role in cybersecurity management research, responsibility in/of digital transformation and educational escape rooms. She uses mainly qualitative methods and design science research in her empirical studies.
