Research interests

My research focuses on how digitalization and emerging technologies shape organizational behavior and impact on social dynamics and individual well-being. I am currently interested in adverse consequences and missing narratives of digital revolution of worklife. My study provides understanding on individuals coping and insights on leading modern organizations.
