As Alumni Coordinator, I am responsible for the development and coordination of alumni activities at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥. I work closely with the faculty alumni liaison officers and the university's stakeholders.
Alumni communication: the university's alumni newsletter, newspaper articles, podcasts, videos and social media.
Alumni events: planning and implementing events for alumni in cooperation with partners.
Supporting continuous learning: planning continuing education and expert lectures for alumni.
Alumni products: design and use of a range of products to support alumni identity in communication and marketing.
I am on my best when networking and interaction skills are required. I am a versatile employee, as I am able to act as the administrative side as the customer service. I also like performing and planning events.
I have 19 years experience as a planning officer, project manager and coordinator. The working environment have been the university administration, local authorities and NGO field. Continuing education, tourism, culture, multiculturalism and measures to support employment have become familiar. Teaching and mentoring are no strangers to me either.
I light up with assignments, where one can pay attention to issues, change and development by combining them with inspiration, imagination and creativity.
