Working as a post-doc in the Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics, my field of expertize is in Cold War, international business, and geopolitical role of companies. I have published broadly on 20th century business history, for instance, on League of Nations, economic sanctions, international cartels, as well as on labour history and media history. My recent research activities include Routledge Handbook of Economic History of War (2025) in which I was of the volume editors and chapter contributors.

My current research project is Soviet information operations in Norden during Cold War (1948-1991): a business historyand it focuses on analysing Soviet-owned companies, such as auto company Konela (known for Ladas!), in Nordic countres during Cold War.
