
Anu Ojala
Biography
I work in the education development team as a career specialist, where my areas of responsibility are the development of the students' working life skills and employer collaboration. My expertise in the Career Services of the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ focuses on developing our international students' working life skills and connections. I am a project manager in the JYU Talent Boost project, which develops international degree students' working life skills and contacts in our university. I work in the project groups that coordinate the development of working life cooperation at our university and in EduFutura institutions.
Research interests
My research focuses on international higher education (HE) competition. It concentrates mainly on what competitiveness, competition, competitive advantage and strategies mean in the context of HE organizations. My research aims to provide new information and research avenues for both strategy scholars, as well as decision makers seeking research based knowledge to support strategic decision making.
