Research interests
Anna Salonen (D.Sc. Econ.) is an Associate Professor of Marketing (Tenure Track) and an Adjunct Professor in B2B Marketing at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥, Finland. She holds a doctoral degree in International Business from Aalto University and has previously worked at Aalto University, University of Turku, and ETH Zurich. Anna is interested in customer value-oriented marketing and sales, and service-based business. Many of her ongoing research projects relate to understanding how digitalization shapes the coordinated enactment of marketing and sales activities in different phases of the customer journey to drive sales effectiveness. Her research incorporates a wide range of methods: qualitative case studies, experiments, fsQCA, and conceptual studies. Anna's research has been published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, and the Journal of Service Management, among others.
