Teaching practice of teacher students interrupted until 2 February

All teaching practice of teacher students at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ in early childhood education, basic teaching, and upper secondary institutions in Jyväskylä is interrupted on Friday 29 January, Monday 1 February and Tuesday 2 February 2021. The interruption concerns students in Jyväskylä, Muurame, Petäjävesi and Laukaa.

The interruption of teaching practice applies to class teacher and subject teacher education, early childhood education, special education and the field of guidance. The interruption does not apply to teaching practice in psychology.

The interruption does not apply to

1. students who have not lived or visited Jyväskylä, Muurame, Petäjävesi or Laukaa after 1 January 2021 and who are in teaching practice elsewhere than in Jyväskylä, Muurame, Petäjävesi or Laukaa.

2. teaching practice that takes place remotely.

More information on the continuation of teaching practice will be provided in Tuesday morning on 2 February.
