The current Collegium has developed its practices and interaction with the university community. We have continued the previously well-proven way to prepare issues in committees and working groups. We have met with the Board on a regular basis, and these meetings have often taken place in a workshop-like manner so that they have yielded concrete tools for the development of the university, Panu Moilanen writes.
