Old Scanjobs files will be deleted 21 February
The disk space of the university’s print, copy and scan service (Print it) is nearly full.
Files from all users, created before 21.2.2021, will be deleted from the Scanjobs folder.
Users are advised to save any files they may still need in their personal work folder.
The Scanjobs folder is only a temporary storage and should not be used to store scanned files permanently.
The first file removal date is monday 21.2.2021. After that, all files older than one (1) year will be deleted by automatically.
You can find shortcut to Scanjobs folder from desktop or personal U-drive.
If you don´t have access from universitys computer, you can also operate from home.
