JYU’s text message system tested: sending the test SMS to students is postponed to a later date
The functionality of the university’s text message system was tested on Tuesday, 12 March 2024. The test revealed technical problems, resulting in that the SMS to students will be sent on a later date. Information on the new date will be provided later.

The text message system is meant for possible crisis situations, for example, if access to a certain area on the campus is temporarily prohibited, or for informing about other important things concerning all students. The text message comes from the address JYUinfo.
