How to contact the Student service desk
Whether you are a student or a member of staff, you can contact us in anything related to the study issues. You can reach us in the HelpJYU portal, by phone or by visiting us in the face-to-face service desk at the Lähde Library.

The Student service desk is here to help degree students, open university students and staff members. We offer general study guidance related to registration for attendance and open university registrations and study fees, for instance. If you have technical questions about Sisu, please turn to us for assistance. You can contact the Student service desk
