The Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ carried out a communal strategy process in years 2018-2019, which resulted in the JYU strategy ‘Capable and Well-being People‘. This strategy is implemented through five development programmes, and it is now time for our whole community to review jointly what has been achieved and what the upcoming period looks like.

Answer the survey and tell your views on the implementation of the strategy

The survey explores the university community’s views and experiences on the implementation of the University’s strategy as well as expectations for the coming period. The survey is intended for the whole university community (students and staff, incl. grant researchers) and it is carried out in Finnish and in English 11 -22 November. The survey results are part of reporting the strategy implementation to the University Board in December.

The second webinar focuses on the development of digital pedagogy: How is the University’s strategy adjusted when we are moving from the exceptional setting of last spring to the so-called new normal? What areas will be emphasised for the coming year, and what is the JYULearn concept all about? The participants include Vice Rector Marja-Leena Laakso, Director of Movi Peppi Taalas, and Chief Digital Officer Ari Hirvonen.
