The fire alarm system went off at one of the laboratory facilities due to water vapour exhaust of a laboratory equipment pump. The rescue services arrived to check and clear the alarm.

We thank the staff for their fast and proper response!

We kindly remind that, in an alarm situation, staff and students should leave rapidly the buildings to the yard and wait for further instructions. Before leaving, on-going laboratory experiments should be terminated controllably so that they don’t cause danger during the alarm situation. One should not enter the building that has an alarm on. The alarm situation is led by the rescue department and the crisis group of the department.
