The use of the HelpJYU service portal will be extended on 22.11.2023. Students can use the new forms to contact education coordinators and study secretaries. Contacts and questions can concern, for example, study planning, study plans or enrolment in courses. In HelpJYU you can find faculty-specific forms as well as the Movi form for enquiries and contact.

In HelpJYU, you can find all the forms for studying . On the new website, direct links will be included in the student instructions to the right contact form in the Help section.

Together, we will make HelpJYU an effective contact channel alongside the face-to-face service!
