Computer-based exams get positive feedback at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥

In computer-based exams, students take the exam simultaneously on their own computers in a supervised space reserved by the examiner. This transition has facilitated a smooth shift from traditional handwritten exams to electronic ones. Students find it easy to edit and work on their exam responses, while teachers can electronically review the answers through the EXAM application. Teachers can also evaluate exams within the application and send grades to Sisu.
Digital exams receive positive feedback from students
The feedback collected from students regarding computer-based exams has been highly positive. This feedback suggests these exams can be a viable alternative to traditional handwritten exams while providing students with a better opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a digital environment. The process of completing computer-based exams has been perceived as smoother and more efficient compared to traditional paper ones. However, students have expressed a desire for more flexibility in the scheduling of such exams, suggesting they be offered the option to take exams in EXAM facilities at their convenience within a designated time frame.
Overall, students have a very positive attitude towards these new electronic exam formats and hope for their widespread adoption, which would lead to a decline in traditional paper-based exams.
What is a computer-based exam?
Computer-based exams are exams conducted on a student’s own computer. The examination takes place within the EXAM system, but it is not conducted in the EXAM facility; instead, it occurs at a predetermined time either on university premises or another location. Computer-based exams can effectively replace paper-based exams, with supervision arranged in an exam room similar to traditional exams.
Computer-based exams are divided into two types based on usage: restricted computer-based exams and open computer-based exams. In open computer-based exams, students have access to the internet as well as all programs and files on their computer. In restricted computer-based exams, students do not have access to the internet or any programs or files on their computer.
