Student Service Desk

The Student Service Desk serves both degree students and other students of continuous learning, such as Open University students and students with separate study rights. We provide e.g. general guidance related to separate study rights, for example, concerning registration for studies or study fees. You can contact the Student Service Desk either via , by phone, or visiting our service desk at the University Library Lähde. The current contact channels are listed on the Service Desk’s contact information card. 
 

Guidance for the planning of non-degree studies

You can get guidance for the planning of your non-degree studies from your faculty’seducation coordinator through the form . 
 

Guidance for the completion of studies

If you have questions about the content of your studies, such as ways of completion, you can get guidance for the completion of separate studies from the teacher in charge of the study unit. You can find the teacher’s contact information in the study unit data of the Sisu system.
