Study module evaluation for studies completed with a separate study right
After completing a study module with a separate study right, you can request study module evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete, you can see the completion date and the final grade of the module as well as the individual courses on your transcript of records. The transcript of records is the official certificate of a completed study module and can be used in the university admission process, for instance.
You can request the study module evaluation only after all the courses of the module have been registered on Sisu. Before making the request, make sure to update your contact information in the .
- Request the evaluation by filling in the form on HelpJYU. In order to fill in the form, you need to sign in to HelpJYU with your JYU account.
- We will complete your request within 2-3 weeks. Please note that it may take longer towards the end of the spring, during summer and other holiday periods.
- After the study module has been evaluated, you can download your transcript of records from Sisu under My profile. Go to the Completed credits tab and click on the button Form transcript to download the PDF file.
