Study right for optional studies
The University has free study rights for optional studies.

Optional studies usually do not require separate study rights. Exceptions to this are studies for which students must pass an aptitude test for admission or subjects which have some other justified reason to restrict the study rights for optional studies. If a subject does not have free optional studies, you must apply for the study right from the faculty in question. The study right is then assigned for a particular study module and, depending on the module, is valid either for a fixed term or until graduation.
