My profile and personal information

In the My profile -section of Sisu students can view their own basic and contact information, completed credits, study rights, registrations, applications and requests as well as payments and scholarships and any groups (target groups and tutoring groups) the student belongs to.

My profile is accessed via the toolbar. My profile contains sections for study rights, course enrolments, completed credits, applications and requests, payments and scholarships, personal information as well as groups the student belongs to.

Study rights

Study rightstab lists the student's study rights and their statuses. The round arrow button in front of the study right's name opens up an expanded view to the information of the study right, such as validity period, progress and attendance information. Clicking Show details on the left side of the study right view shows the decree on university degrees applied to the study right as well as its date of issue. The lower part of the page shows the education path of the study right in question, as well as any other confirmed selections (elective studies) related to the study right sorted by degree.

The right side of the page shows the progress of the study right. The progress is stated in study periods. Under Completed degrees you can see the degrees that are completed under the study right in question as well as the graduation dates. The passage of study time as well as used and remaining study time are shown as semesters. In case the student applies for extension of study time, the granted extension time as well as the remaining extension time are shown under the title Extension time. If the student has not applied for extension time, it shows "Extension time not granted". Below the passage of study time the student can see their attendance information.

The student can download their certificate of student status from the Form a certificate of student status button in top right corner.

Study rights

Registrations

Registrationstab lists all enrolments to course unit implementations by course. The list shows the name of the course the implementation is made from, the number of credits from the implementation, status of enrolment (enrolment still ongoing, student has been confirmed onto the implementation, student has been rejected from the enrolment), part of the completion method the implementation is a part of and the type of the implementation. The list can be sorted based on credits (decreasing/increasing), and enrolment status.

Completed credits

Completed credits lists any completed studies sorted into modules, courses and partially completed courses. Failed and expired credits can be viewed by clicking the Failed and expired credits on the top of the tab.

Clicking the name or information of an individual completion opens up an expanded view of the information. The completed credits can be sorted within their own categories (modules, courses, partial) based on name, credits, grade and date of completion. Any possible personal custom credits are shown with a code generated by Sisu. 

The student can download a transcript of records from the Form transcript button.

Applications and decisions

Applications and decisionslists any applications and requests sent by the student as well as their statuses. These applications and requests include applications for custom modules made through the study plan structure, as well as requests to include prior learning, applications for custom course credits, requests for study module evaluations and graduation requests. Clicking the application or decision lets you view the application and its details.

Groups 

Groups lists which target groups and tutoring groups the student belongs to. The group's title, type (target/tutoring) and responsible persons are shown in the list.

Maksut ja apurahat -välilehdellä näkyy maksetut lukuvuosimaksut sekä mahdolliset myönnetyt apurahat. 

Payments and scholarships shows Student Union membership fees and tuitions that the student has submitted as well as granted scholarships.

Personal information

Personal information contains any personal and contact information shown in Sisu. Personal information in Sisu includes a person's first names, last name, username, date of birth, gender, email address and student number. Any changes to contact information are made through the OMA - My personal information service. Changes in personal information such as the student's last name or personal identity code (ID) can be sent through the -form in the HelpJYU service.
