The transcript of records is a document which contains information of the studies you have completed and the total number of credits. It shows the completion date, level, scope and grade of the courses and study modules you have completed. The electronically signed transcript of records is an official document, which you can download yourself from .

Downloading the transcript of records from Sisu
You need an active JYU user account to download your transcript from Sisu. If your account is no longer active, . After that, you will be able to sign in to Sisu within one hour.
Once you are signed in to Sisu, go to My profile and choose the Completed credits tab. Click on the Form transcript button in the upper right corner, make the required choices and choose Print.

During the creation of the PDF file, a yellow notification banner is shown at the top of the page. After the transcript has been created, this notification banner turns green, and has a clickable Download the pdf -link on it. The transcript can be downloaded or opened in browser.

If you open the electronically signed transcript of records with Adobe Acrobat Reader, the program will ask you to install the certificates if necessary. At the end of the certificate, you will find a separate text. If the certificate creation has failed and there is no electronic certificate on the document, the header will read Unofficial transcript of records. In this case, please try downloading the transcript again and, if necessary, contact the Student Service Desk.
