Science Day of the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences

The Science Day organised by the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences will be held on 14.5.2025 klo 8-16 in Agora. The purpose of the day is to highlight and celebrate the faculty's diverse research and to provide experience for students in presenting scientific work.

During the Science Day, students will present their completed or ongoing master's theses from the academic year through oral or poster presentations. Doctoral researchers will also showcase their own research. In addition to the thesis and dissertation presentations, the day includes an invited lecture by Professor Risto Marttinen (George Mason University, Washington).

Students, staff members and anyone interested in the topics are warmly welcome to attend.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Please note that abstracts must be approved by supervisors before submission. Late submissions will not be considered. For more details, please consult your thesis seminar supervisor.
