Novel nanoscale superconducting and phononic devices

I will give examples of recent activities in our group on topics related to quantum technologies, highlighting helium ion beam fabrication of high-quality Josephson junctions, the basic component in superconducting quantum technology, and engineering of phonon transport using phononic crystals and phonon tunneling across vacuum gaps.
