SISU support team

The Sisu support team is Mari Luokkamäki and Henrik Puttonen from the Student Service Desk team. We help students as well as the staff with technical problems in the Sisu system. Additionally, we help the staff with problems concerning the KOVS system and guide with arranging eExams.

  • Face-to-face service desk in the main library Lähde (room B154) Wed 13 pm – 14 pm

NOTE: Zoom service hour will be available until Dec 1st 2025 and face-to-face service desk until Dec 3rd 2025. Our HelpJYU service is normally available until Christmas and has limited availability during the Christmas break.

Zoom service hour will continue next year from Jan 12th 2026 and face-to-face service desk from Jan 14th 2026.
