The International Office team coordinates and develops student and staff mobility on the university level and administers various kinds of mobility programmes and funding. The International Office also organises, in cooperation with the JYU Student Union, services for international exchange and degree students, such as the orientation programme and tutoring. Furthermore, we advise international degree students for example on tuition fees and scholarships. The team provides support for faculties and independent institutes in international cooperation and agreements and works in close cooperation with the Support Services for Internationalisation team. Additionally, the FORTHEM Alliance activities at JYU are coordinated by the International Office team.
