We provide education services to the Department of Language and Communication Studies (Kivi) and the Centre for Multilingual Academic Communication (Movi), support the work of teachers and students' studies. We participate in preparing and implementation of decisions and documents concerning these units and Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
Our core services for students include:
- study counselling and advice related to making a study plan in Sisu
- limited guidance on the use of student information systems (Sisu and Into)
- support for enrolment in teaching
- advice on recognition of prior learning, accessibility issues, study rights and teacher qualifications
- Tutoring coordination (Kivi)
Our core services for teachers and units include:
- curriculum work: preparation support, coordination, system-level maintenance
- syllabus work: preparation support, system-level maintenance, coordination, room reservations
- informing about matters related to study administration: study rights, student registers, student enrolment
- support for the development of education

- orientation for new students
- development of education and studies
- completion of studies
- preparation of contracts for part-time teachers
