Olli Porkholm has more than 30 years of experience in ICT management duties in both private and public sector companies, including international organisations. For last nine years, Porkholm has served Protacon Solutions Ltd in Jyväskylä as CEO and board member. Porkholm has worked for, for example, the following companies: Tieto, Nokia, Hewlett-Packard, Balentor and Protacon Solutions.

Mia Suominen has almost 30 years worth of experience in basic research and product development regarding natural resources, business life, board and management team work, trusteeship and cooperation with civic organizations. She has expertise in business strategy planning and implementation in both start-ups and big companies. In the past years, she has focused on innovation activities as well as development and international commercialization of new and responsible businesses. She has a doctorate in agriculture and forestry, and she has worked for, among others, Neova Oy, Vapo Oy and MTT Agrifood Research Finland.

Niko Frilander has strong personal experience of growth entrepreneurship and company’s internationalisation. He is a founding member of Idean Enterprises Ltd. The company has made its way from Jyväskylä to the top of the world in the design of digital services and as an expert of digitalisation and user-oriented design. On this path of growth, Niko has had a unique vantage point for seeing and learning to understand the development of the digital world as well as the challenges and key success factors of a start-up enterprise. Capgemini bought Idean in 2017 and now the company is growing rapidly as a part of Capgemini.

Pasi Raiskinmäki is a Vice Rector at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥. He has extensive experience with research and research-oriented innovations. He has worked as a researcher as well as in research leadership roles, in everything from basic research to the commercialisation of research results and entrepreneurship. These have given him strong practical insights into Finnish and European research, development and innovation activities. Raiskinmäki also has perspectives from universities of applied sciences, universities, research institutes, and corporations that utilise research results.
