Spring 2024 Team&Client Multidisciplinary Business Project was organized first time in FORTHEM-collaboration. Students from Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥, Jamk University of Applied Sciences and FORTHEM Alliance -universities were resolving challenges of the companies from .
The client of the project was a startup company called , which helps customers build relationships and get more sales with the help of multichannel outreach, automated follow-ups and real time analytics. This project was about finding a remote collaboration system which could be used for providing field service and troubleshooting for the customers of the client. Team provided the customer with a comprehensive dataset focused on specific markets, detailing key business information. This dataset included a list of companies across various industries, along with their respective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, sales team sizes, and countries of operation.
The client of the project was a startup company called , which provides services designed to reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, offering intelligent and environmentally friendly solutions for property
management. Team provided the customer with an analysis of a property energy consumption, created recommendations for energy consumption and made suggestions on how to provide the analysis to their customers in order to help them to understand the energy savings if they follow the recommendations.
The client of the project was a startup company called , which provides services helping to build a sustainable future business and maximise positive impact on the environment. Team provided the customer with a report from carbon footprint reporting in banking industry and a template planned to help the customer to understand better how to reduce their carbon footprint.
